Install your eSIM with confidence.

A clear setup guide for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. Read your plan instructions first, then follow the path for your device.

Before installation

A few checks before you add the line.

These checks help you avoid common setup issues before you begin.

Device

Confirm compatibility.

Check that your exact device and regional version support eSIM, and that it is not locked to another carrier. An EID can indicate eSIM capability, but it does not replace checking the exact model.

Details

Keep the purchase information open.

Have your purchase email, QR code, and any manual installation details available. A second screen can make scanning a QR code easier.

Timing

Read the plan instructions first.

Installation and activation conditions can differ by plan. Review the product and delivery instructions before deciding when to add the eSIM.

Device instructions

Choose your device.

The names of device menus vary by model and operating system. Use these paths as a guide and follow the prompts shown on your device.

If something does not work

Start with the simple checks.

Avoid deleting an installed eSIM while you are troubleshooting. Review the purchase details and device settings first.

I cannot scan the QR code.

Open your device’s Add eSIM flow before scanning. If the code is on the same phone, show it on a second screen or use the manual installation option only when those details were provided with your order.

The eSIM is installed, but I have no data.

Confirm that the AeriSIM line is selected for mobile data, then review the plan instructions for roaming or network settings. Check the destination and plan details before changing or removing the eSIM.

The setup code is rejected.

Check whether the profile was already added in your SIM settings. Keep the code and purchase details available, then contact support with your order information if you still need help.
